Refund policy
- A full refund will be issued for shoes that are resalable, with their original innersoles, and box. The return must be made within 30 days. Beyond 30 days, we will issue store credit for items returned.
- Bargain Basement items are considered final sale. Gift Certificates are not eligible for returns.
- If you are making a return from out-of-town, contact us and let us know you are sending your item(s) back so we know to keep an eye out for your return. A full refund will be issued once we have received your item(s) and have determined them to be resalable.
- Return shipping costs are to be paid by customer.

Please include with your return:
* Your item(s) in original packaging, including insoles, shoe laces, etc.
* A copy of or original receipt of sale (credit card and store receipts)
* Your contact information: Name, phone number, and email address.
We will contact you once your item(s) have arrived. If you used a credit card to make your purchase, we will call and collect your card number over the phone.

Gifts
In the case you are returning an item that was accompanied with a gift receipt, we will exchange for replacement item or issue store credit.
